Phantom Peak confirms its new Westfield Stratford City home will open on Friday 4th December

Phantom Peak, London's leading open-world immersive experience, will open its new flagship venue at Westfield Stratford City on Friday 4th December 2026.
The new venue is a multi-level, accessible home for the experience, built by Tandem Set and Scenery and powered by technology from across The League of Adventure Group. It follows the original Canada Water venue, which closed on 28th February 2026 after 625 performances, having welcomed over 160,000 guests since launching in 2022.
Tickets for the new venue will go on sale first through a short presale, then to the general public, and will be available to book through the experience's new ticketing partner, On The Stage.

The Stratford venue is bigger, multi-level and fully accessible, with room for more guests and three districts to explore: Old Town, the Town Square and Lakeside. Old Town is the underground industrial mining town at the heart of Phantom Peak's industry. The Town Square is a more modern quarter of multi-floored buildings, home to the Town Hall and the in-world bar, the Thirsty Frontier Saloon. Lakeside sits around an indoor lake and a memorial garden, as well as the Church of the Cosmic Platypus.

The entry to town is upgraded too, with a new VIP option that brings guests into town by train carriage for a personalised arrival. Everyone else descends the stairs into Old Town via the JONACO Marketing Office. Once the gates to town open, the space is theirs to explore. Character spaces are powered by custom 'wingman' units built by Tandem Set and Scenery, which trigger lighting, sound and physical effects around a small group of guests as the story plays out.
A fully themed bar runs seven days a week for cocktails, afternoon tea and food experiences, with arcade and carnival games alongside, open whether or not you are booked into the experience. The venue also takes corporate bookings and private hire, with spaces for groups of 10 to more than a hundred.
Priority booking will be available to the fans of Phantom Peak and those on the waitlist, which is open now at phantompeak.com/stratford. The pre-sale offers the lowest price for those who book early, as prices rise with demand from there.
